AllerVie Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating AllerVie Health, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security Number, and/or driver's license/state ID number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
