Artivion Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Artivion, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, date of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license, passport number, direct deposit information, and/or health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
