Brox Industries Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Brox Industries, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Brox Industries reported that the data breach may have impacted 548 residents of Massachusetts. Residents of other states may have also been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their Social Security number, financial account, and or driver’s license.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
