Health Payment Systems Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating the Health Payment Systems data breach and potential claims on behalf of individuals whose personal information may have been compromised.

Health Payment Systems reported a data security incident involving sensitive personal information. According to information reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, approximately 9,380 individuals were affected by the incident.

The reported information involved sensitive personal identifiers, including name, address, date of birth, ID, Subscription ID, and Subscriber Person Id. For certain individuals it also included Social Security number, medical information, and health insurance information.
