Healthcare Services Group Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Healthcare Services Group, Inc. , which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Healthcare Services Group reported that the data breach may have impacted 624,496 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, state identification number, financial account information and/or full access credentials.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
