Mid-Florida Primary Care Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Mid-Florida Primary Care, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their Name and Address; Date Of Birth; Email Address; Social Security Number; Driver's License Number; Health Insurance Information; Medical Information Medicare Number; Medicaid Number; Health Insurance Plan/Policy Number Diagnosis and/or Treatment Information; Medical History; Allergies; Prescription Information; Test Results; and/or Treatment Location.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
