PDCM Insurance Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating the PDCM Insurance data breach and potential claims on behalf of individuals whose personal information may have been compromised.

PDCM Insurance reported a data security incident involving sensitive personal information. According to information reported to the Iowa Attorney General, approximately 4,734 Iowa residents were affected by the incident.

The reported information involved sensitive personal identifiers, including name, Social Security number, driver’s license number and financial account information.
