Superior Boiler Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Superior Boiler, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name and taxpayer identification number.

It is unclear whether or not the taxpayer identification numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
