TKC Holdings Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating TKC Holdings, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, including Keefe Commissary Network, LLC.

TKC reported that the data breach may have impacted 3,054 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may have also been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, address, and Social Security number information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
