Everside Health Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Everside Health reported a data security incident involving sensitive personal information. According to information reported to the Texas Attorney General, approximately 22,210 Texas residents were affected by the incident.

The reported information involved sensitive personal identifiers, including Name of individual; Address; Social Security Number Information; Medical Information; and/or Date of Birth.
