Antonio Sofo & Sons Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Antonio Sofo & Sons Importing Co, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Antonio Sofo & Sons reported that the data breach may have impacted 364 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may have also been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their Social Security number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
