Lasership/OnTrac Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Lasership Inc. dba OnTrac Final Mile, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Lasership Inc. dba OnTrac Final Mile reported that the data breach may have impacted 40,017 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security Number Information, driver’s license number, and/or medical information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
