Apex Global Solutions Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Apex Global Solutions, LLC (“AGS”), which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, date of birth, Social Security number, health insurance information, claims information, patient ID, treatment information, provider name, and/or financial account information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
