Belkorp Ag Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Belkorp Ag, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, passport number, financial account information, biometric data, medical record number, health insurance coverage information, payment for health services, medical diagnosis and treatment information, and/or date of treatment.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
