Century Support Services Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Next Level Finance Partners, LLC d/b/a Century Support Services, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Next Level Finance Partners, LLC d/b/a Century Support Services reported that the data breach may have impacted 160,759 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their full name, date of birth, Social Security Number, driver’s license and/or state identification number, medical information, health insurance information, passport number, financial account information, and/or digital signature.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
