CNHI Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating CNHI, LLC, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their names and Social Security number, driver’s license number, and/or financial account number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
