Dermatology Associates of Concord Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Dermatology Associates of Concord, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their names, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, and/or medical records.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
