Decisely Insurance Services Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Decisely Insurance Services, LLC, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Decisely Insurance reported that the data breach may have impacted 4,915 residents of Texas. Residents of other states may have also been impacted.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name and Social Security Number information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
