Flagship Bank Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Flagship Bank, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Flagship Bank reported that the data breach may have impacted 3,996 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, and/or financial account information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
