Gap International Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Gap International, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, driver's license or state ID number, medical information, and/or health insurance information

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
