Space Coast Vascular Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Space Coast Vascular, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their names, dates of birth, social security numbers, driver’s license/state ID numbers, medical treatment information, health insurance information, and/or financial account information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
