Structural Component Systems Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Structural Component Systems, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, tax identification number, financial account number, and/or routing number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
