Too Lost Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Too Lost LLC, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Too Lost reported that the data breach may have impacted 3,206 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name and Social Security number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
