VDyne Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating VDyne which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, and/or banking information, to the extent that information was provided to VDyne.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
