Water Pro Inc./Culligan Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Water Pro Inc. d/b/a Culligan Water Conditioning, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included name, address, Social Security number, and/or banking information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
