Apro Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Apro, LLC d/b/a United Pacific (Apro), which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Apro reported that the data breach may have impacted 11,987 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name and Social Security Number.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
