Brevard Skin and Cancer Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Brevard Skin and Cancer, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their full name, home address, phone number , email address , date of birth, Social Security Number, diagnosis and clinical information, and/or billing and claims information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
