Hiller Companies Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Maxey Law Firm is investigating The Hiller Companies LLC, which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name and Social Security number, driver's license number, unique government-issued identification number, passport number, financial account information, payment card number, medical information, and/or health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
