Vector Security Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit

Maxey Law Firm is investigating Vector Security, Inc., which recently sent notice of a data breach to impacted individuals.

Vector Security reported that the data breach may have impacted 30,282 individuals.

For each of these individuals, the information involved may have included their name, Social Security number, driver's license or state issued identification number, credit/debit card number with security/access code, tax identification number, medical information, and/or health insurance information.

It is unclear whether or not the Social Security numbers were encrypted and, if not, why they were not encrypted.
